Claudia Conway defends Kellyanne Conway after she’s accused of posting topless photo of teen daughter

Claudia Conway is returning to her mother’s defense after she was accused of accidentally posting a naked photo of the teenager on Twitter Monday.

Kellyanne Conway, the previous counselor to former President Donald Trump who lives in Alpine, allegedly shared the image of her 16-year-old daughter after finding it on Claudia’s phone.

Claudia, whose rocky relationship together with her mother has played out on TikTok, addressed the incident in videos on the social network Tuesday, saying that she believed her mother’s Twitter account was hacked, which she would be taking a while faraway from social media to figure on their relationship.

She asked her followers to “end calling authorities.”

“Social media is a dark place and instead of shining light on the situation, hate and violence were incited, and that was never my intention, neither my mom’s,” Claudia said in one TikTok video.

Claudia appeared distraught Monday night after allegedly learning of the photo after TikTok users mentioned it in comments on her videos.

“Are you not getting to address your mom posting naked pictures of you,” one person asked.

“What,” Claudia replied.

“Yes her mom posted her Twitter story today an image of Claudia without a shirt on,” another said.

Claudia asked if people were joking or talking a few real photos. Shortly after, she made a now-deleted video during which she confirmed the authenticity of a nude photo that had been circulating on Twitter after allegedly appearing on her mother’s feed via a Twitter “fleet,” or a short-lived tweet.

Claudia said that the photo had been taken months ago. Initially, she revealed that her mother often takes custody of her phone. She assumed that her mother possibly took a picture of the photo on one of those occasions, next posting it by accident ... “or somebody hacked her.”

“So Kellyanne,” Claudia renewed Monday, “you’re going to f---ing jail.”

The image in question has since been removed from Conway’s account, which holds 3.3 million followers.

#JusticeforClaudiaConway became a best Twitter trend Monday night.

A policeman seemed to answer the Conway range in Alpine Monday, as seen in another of Claudia’s videos.

In a copy of a live video posted on YouTube that picked up a conversation between the policeman, Kellyanne, and Claudia in their home, Kellyanne said the family had encountered big Protective Services in Washington, D.C., and DYFS — currently referred to as the Division of kid Protection and Permanency — in New Jersey.

The NY Post reported that police also skilled their home Tuesday.

Kellyanne, 54, an Atco native, shares the house with her family, including Claudia and her husband, George Conway, 57, Claudia’s father.

Alpine Police didn't provide further information, telling the Post that records concerning minors aren't made public.

Claudia has become a well-liked figure on TikTok, sharing her opposition to Trump within the run-up to the 2020 election. While her Republican father is noted for his opposition to Trump through anti-Trump political action committee Project Lincoln — consistently panning the person his wife worked so closely with for years — Claudia has provided something of an indoor check out the administration during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In August, Kellyanne said she was leaving the White House to spend time together with her family after Claudia made allegations of abuse.

Just over a month later, the teenager was hailed as a trailblazer of sorts for breaking news that her mother had tested positive for COVID-19. Kellyanne had attended the September garden ceremony at the White House, a “superspreader event” where Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. After the event, where masks were scarce, both Trump and former Gov. Chris Christie tested positive for the virus (Christie had also spent several days helping Trump steel himself against the presidential debate without wearing a mask).

Claudia said she noticed her mother coughing after Trump tested positive. Claudia said she also tested positive.

Later, Claudia was criticized for having a 16th birthday celebration during the pandemic at their Alpine home after a video of the celebration was posted on social media. She said and people had given up than originally planned, some uninvited. In one of Claudia’s videos, Kellyanne might be heard saying that she thought those criticizing the party were “jealous” of Claudia.

Last week, people expressed concern for Claudia after she shared a compilation of video clips and recordings during which Kellyanne appeared to be screaming and using profanity and insults when lecturing her daughter.

“You’re never gonna record another f---ing thing in your life,” Kellyanne is often heard saying in one video. “It’s going for a forensic analysis.”

In previous posts and videos, Claudia has talked about trying to hunt emancipation from her parents and has mentioned Child Protective Services coming to her home. She has also said that she felt scared and unsure of what would happen next.

But on Tuesday, within the wake of the alleged photo incident, Claudia defended her mother to her 1.6 million TikTok followers.

“Hi guys, I just needed to return on here and address here example,” she said. “This isn’t forced, this is oftentimes coming completely of me, Claudia. I even have faith and that I know that my mother would never put something like that on the web also like me, we might never do this.

“My mom and that I, we fight like mothers and daughters but we also love like mothers and daughters, and that I do love her,” she continued. “I am going to be taking an opportunity from social media because we are uninterested in being headlines, and that we fight like mothers and daughters, but being within the limelight exacerbates that greatly and it adds tons of stress to both of our lives and that I don’t want that.”

“I don’t want any drama,” Claudia said. “I don’t want any hate. So I will be able to be leaving social media for a touch to figure on my relationship with my mom and my family.”

George Conway shared the TikTok video on Twitter.

“Our daughter Claudia asked me to tweet this statement for her,” he said.

As a censored version of what people alleged to be the topless photo circulated on social media Monday, some implored authorities to research the matter at Claudia’s home. In further comments, Claudia asked people to not target Kellyanne.

“Please don't incite hate or violence on my family,” she said. “Please, no threats. No calls to authorities. I like my mom and she or he loves me.”
